Starting at the school building at the central intersection, proceed east for 70 metres. Then turn left and continue for a further 280 metres. The cemetery site can be found on the left side of the road.

The cemetery site is now used for private gardening, and there are several agricultural buildings around the site. A dirt road crosses the territory in front of the cemetery. Both sides of the road are used to store hay.

There is no information on when the cemetery in Vyshen’ky was founded, but it is known that it was demolished during or after WWII. The cemetery first appears on the Polish maps from the 1930s.
