Historical overview

Before World War II the Jewish community had a meeting, where such an agreement was reached, that the community split into three parts: orthodox, neolog and status quo. This cemetery is status quo. There buried officially until 2001, but formally until 2021. Ms Krisztina Kapuszta is the local museologist, she has lot of information, based on her many years of research. Status Quo Jewish cemetery names of the buried dead and their birth certificates are processed. This Jewish cemetery Krisztina renewed it with her group of friends.
