Historical overview
Given the oldest preserved tombstone is dated 1897 , it can be inferred the cemetery was already in use by the late 19th century. According to IAGJS, there were 1-20 tombstones from the 19th-20th centuries bearing German and Hebrew inscriptions on the site in 2009.
