The cemetery was completely demolished during World War II . The area of the cemetery is covered with tall grass and bushes and there is some rubbish in the cemetery area. The original area of the Jewish cemetery is now split into a fenced area and private plots on Dąbrowskiego Street. A lapidarium was created from fragments of matzevot. There is an unmarked mass grave in Rejowiec located in private property behind the church, but not in the cemetery. A neighbour stated that all the pieces of matzevot from the city are now in the cemetery. Moreover, in the field of a private property located behind the church, there is a mass grave of Jews murdered during WWII.
