There are remains of the old low (0.2-0.5 meters high) brick wall and two brick posts. In some areas, there are only single bricks, placed in a row.

General site condition
The Jewish cemetery of Pyskowice is situated in a wooded area on the southern part of the town. The area is densely overgrown with trees, bushes and wild grasses, and littered. The tombstones are present and there is an Informational board at the site.
Number of existing gravestones
170 tombstones. 80 tombstones are standing, the remaining 90 are overturned or only the concrete damaged bases of the tombstones have survived. Inscriptions are in Hebrew and German. A partial list of the tombstones is available on http://cmentarze-zydowskie.pl/pyskowice.html.

There is a well-preserved brick beit tahara at the site. All windows and doors have been concreted up.
