Historical overview

The Jewish cemetery in Pruchnik was located outside the town, on the road to Hawłowice and Rozborz. During the Second World War, the Germans destroyed the burial place of the Jews of Pruchnik and used the tombstones to harden the roads. The cemetery was liquidated between 1961–1962. Currently, there are no tombstones in the cemetery.
