After the intersection of Henryka Sienkiewicza Street and Akacjowa Street proceed 690 meters north via Henryka Sienkiewicza Street and then turn left onto a track, that goes through the field into the forest, and continue for 500 meters. The cemetery is situated by the eastern side of the track.

Type and height of existing fence
The eastern part of the cemetery area is delineated by a low wooden fence, the western part is not fenced. The wooden fence is partially destroyed: some sections are absent and some planks are lying on the ground. A new fence is required.

It is a Jewish cemetery is situated in a forest on the northern outskirts of Otmuchów. The site is fenced and well maintained. Several tombstones and their fragments are present.

26. There are 16 Matzevot in situ (mostly pedestals) and 10 fragments in a small Lapidarium.

Historical overview
The oldest known gravestone dates from 1819. The last burial was that of Jakob Schneider, who died in 1919. In recent years, local middle school students and young people from Germany, the Czech Republic, and Israel have cleaned the cemetery, which is located outside the city to the north toward the village of Nieradowice on the south eastern edge of the forest.
