New Jewish cemetery of Olsztynek is situated on the southern outskirts of the town. The former cemetery area is demolished and overbuilt by multistorey apartment building with a parking. No traces of the former cemetery preserved, no tombstones.

Historical overview
The cemetery in Olsztynek was probably established at the beginning of the second half of the 19th century. It was established far from the city, next to the road to Jemiołów, near Lake Jemiołowskie (later a railway was built almost next to the cemetery). The necropolis with an area of approx. 0.15 ha was built on a plan similar to a square.
