Cemetery does not have an address. The cemetery is located at the south exit of Novozhyvotiv. After crossing the dam over the Ros’ka River, turn left onto the dirt road. Follow the dirt road for around 385 metres before turning left and continuing for a further 350 metres, at which point the cemetery can be found to the left of the road.

According to IAJGS, the last burial took place on the site in 1917. Taking this into account, it can be inferred the cemetery was already in use by the early 20th century. It cannot be found marked on old maps of the region.
