Type and height of existing fence
The cemetery is partly fenced. From the south and east there is a wooden fence (about 1.6 m high). Northern border of the cemetery is marked by the fence of children's playground (metal mesh and a low-rise wooden fence). Western border is unfenced.

General site condition
New jewish cemetery of Nidzica is a meadow, covered with rare trees. The old tree stand has been preserved to this day. From the north cemetery area borders children playground. Near the south border, close to the private property at Nowomiejska 31 Street, ruins of an old brick-made gate are preserved. Only fragments of devastated tombstones have survived in the area.

Historical overview
The new Jewish cemetery in Nidzica was established on a rectangular plan, approx. 250 m from the old necropolis, on the other (north-west) side of the road to Napiwoda. This happened in the second half or at the end of the 19th century. The Jewish cemetery covered an area of 0.34 ha. The last known burial took place in the late 1930s. It was devastated by the Germans during World War II. (sztetl.org.pl)
