Historical overview
The exact period of the cemetery’s establishment is not determined. First, it appears on Russian topographic maps of 1907. Later it was marked on Polish maps of Wojskowy Instytut Geograficzny (WIG) of 1939. The oldest preserved gravestone relates to the early 20th century.
