Historical overview
The exact period of the cemetery’s establishment is unknown. The oldest tombstone dates to the mid 19th century, but according to locals it was founded in the mid 20th century, the oldest tombstones having been transferred from the old cemetery. It could not be found marked on old maps of the region.
