Type and height of existing fence
There is an iron and wire fence, 2m high. The iron fence was installed along Jadernych street, the wire fence covers the north-eastern part of the cemetery. The southern part has no fence, but is bordered by the service building at 1C, Wolności Street. Some parts of the iron fence are bent and need repair.

General site condition
The cemetery is located in urban area. It was demolished during the war and then restored. The majority of the territory is fenced and preserved. The western part of the cemetery is now overbuilt with an office building and a park. There are no mass graves, but there is a Holocaust memorial, installed in 1993 funded by Rachela Sussman.
Number of existing gravestones
Approximately 100 fragments of gravestones were returned to the old cemetery after the war, some of them are also from the Mielec New Jewish cemetery. All newfound tombstones in Mielec are taken to the old cemetery.
