General site condition
Fenced and protected Jewish cemetery. The cemetery consists of two parts. The front section contains no graves and resembles a park. The section behind the beit-tahara is used for burials. There are a number of tall trees on the site. The Jewish section is part of the municipal cemetery but is separated from the rest of the graves by a wall. It is still in use and well-maintained. The site contains a memorial to the victims of the Holocaust.

Historical overview
Given the oldest preserved tombstone is dated 1873 , it can be inferred the cemetery was already in use by the mid to late 19th century. According to IAJGS, there were 500-5,000 tombstones from the 19th-20th centuries on the site in 2009.
