The cemetery is fenced by a metal fence facing Leszczyńskiego street and on the stadium side. There is also a concrete fence from the side of the town hall parking lot. Both fences are destroyed in many places and are around 1,7 meters high.

General site condition
The cemetery is partially overbuilt. It is only fenced on 2 and a half sides, with a fence which is damaged in many places. There are many paths leading to the cemetery on the unfenced side. The area is in a very bad condition and is overgrown with trees and grass. There is a lot of litter and a fire pit, indicating that the location may be used for parties by locals. Ownership is split between the Warsaw Jewish religious community and the local community/Municipality who own the stadium.
