Historical overview
The Lipkani Jewish Cemetery was most likely founded in the 18th century. According to epigraphic data, it already existed in the 1790s. The cemetery continued to function after WWII, and is still in use. In 2011, it was restored by Yefim Kogan of JewishGen.
