The cemetery is demolished. It is located in the forest. No traces of the existence of the cemetery have survived. Nearby, there is a plaque informing about the existence of the cemetery and the history of Jews in Książ Wielkopolski.

Historical overview
The area of the cemetery is looked after by the Nasza Gmina Association in Książ Wielkopolski. In 2019, about 100 pieces of matzevot were found in Książ and secured by the Association. We were unable to meet a representative of the Association to see the matzevot. The Association cooperates with Ms Alicja Kobus, president of the Jewish Community in Poznań. There are plans to build a lapidarium for matzevot in the cemetery.
