General site condition
The Jewish Cemetery of Krasnopol is located in a rural area at the north-eastern outskirts of the village. The cemetery is situated in a wooded area among fields. The cemetery area is fenced with a new concrete wall, built 2016 by the ESJF in cooperation with the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland. The cemetery is densely forested and overgrown by trees and bushes, some areas are very hard to explore. No visible traces of the cemetery have been preserved, no have any tombstones.
