The cemetery has a fence installed in October 2015 by ESJF, is a tall concrete wall with metal gates which have no lock. One section of the wall was damaged by a fallen tree.

General site condition
The majority of the cemetery is wall maintained, although some areas are slightly overgrown. It seems the local government attempted to clear the vegetation with fire, as there are many burned pine trees around the site, one of which fell on the wall.

Historical overview

The exact date of the cemetery’s foundation is unknown. The oldest tombstone dates to the early 20th century. It can first be found marked on Russian and German maps from 1941. The cemetery was fenced by ESJF in July 2015.
