About 600 meters north of the Jastrzębniki-Ciechnowo road. Access is difficult, the cemetery is situated among arable fields and there is no road or path to it. It is relatively easiest to access it from the east, along the southern edge of the nearby forest. The cemetery has been completely destroyed, trees were felled and the terrain was transformed into an agricultural area. Identifying the actual cemetery area is only now possible on the basis of the GPS coordinates.

Historical overview

The Jewish cemetery in Jastrzębniki was probably established at the turn of the 20th century in the vicinity of the road leading to the village of Ciechnowo. Currently, it is a part of a field with an earth embankment, which is the only remnant of the cemetery.

It is not known when and for the inhabitants of which places a Jewish cemetery was established near the village of Jastrzębniki. Perhaps it was used in the eighteenth century, because in the second half of the nineteenth century there were no Jewish people in this village, and around 30 lived in the entire Świdwin county (Landkreis Schivelbein) outside the cities. The Jewish cemetery in Jastrzębniki was established in the field, and its borders are marked by an earth embankment. There are no remaining tombstones.
