Historical overview
The exact period of the cemetery’s establishment is unknown. It appears on Russian maps of the region from 1907, presumably dating its construction to the 19th century. The cemetery was demolished in the 1960s to allow for the construction of an oil terminal, which now belongs to Galnaftogaz.
