General site condition
The new Jewish cemetery in Gyönk is located between two Christian cemeteries. It is surrounded by a concrete fence, but its two gates are open, as this is how the other cemetery can be reached, and people walk through it. There are 23 graves in the western part of the cemetery, probably children and suicides, and there are another 57 graves at the end of the plot rising to the east. This part is much more neglected. The graves are close to each other. The area is relatively overgrown with vegetation, and there are many broken graves.
