Historical overview
The cemetery was established in the 18th century. As a result of the destruction during the Second World War and the devastation in later years, only a few dozen tombstones remained in situ and good condition.
The old cemetery was entered into the register of monuments under the number A-157 on July 28, 1989. Several cleaning works by students and volunteer have been undertaken in the cemetery during the last decades.
