Type and height of existing fence
The cemetery has a wall about 2.5 meters in height from on its western side on Hażalska Street. The southern side is fenced with metal about 1.8 meters high. From the northern and eastern sides there is metal mesh about 1.6 meters high. The entrance is through a huge stone entrance gate decorated with Stars of David.

General site condition
The new Jewish cemetery of Cieszyn is situated in a wooded area in the northern part of the town. The cemetery area is neglected and overgrown with ivy. In the central part there is a ruin of the beit tahara building. Many tombstones are preserved, though damaged.
Number of existing gravestones
About 120 tombstones are preserved at the cemetery. Most of these are in poor condition. The matzevot are separated from their bases and fragments are scattered around the cemetery. There is a three meter high tombstone of the Glesinger family, decorated with a pine tree.

Preserved construction on site
There are remains of a stone beit-tahara in the central part of the cemetery. Two memorial plaques of families from Cieszyn are attached to the inner wall of the beit tahara.
