General site condition
This is a well-preserved and active Jewish cemetery in Silesia. The area of the cemetery is covered with ivy and tall trees. The old part of the cemetery is overgrown with dense vegetation, making it difficult to reach the tombstones. Many tombstones are preserved in situ with some included in a lapidarium.
Number of existing gravestones
Around 1,000 tombstones have been preserved at the site. There are many post-war tombstones in the cemetery. In the northern part (on the left side of the entrance, at the end of the cemetery) there is a lapidarium with matzevot from the old cemetery in Bytom.
