Heading out of Brzozów on Zdrojowa street, you will see a sign for the Jewish cemetery just before the bus stop on the right. At the road junction you will see a monument with a Star of David, head left past the monument and you will find the cemetery behind the building.

The cemetery is almost demolished, it is heavily forested and only one tombstone is in situ. The cemetery has only wooden fence. The holocaust memorial built in 1962 is located in the woods, on the right of the cemetery.
