Leaving Brzostek via Szkotnia Street, the cemetery will be along the right hand side of the road. The southern part of cemetery is adjacent to the grocery store at 18, Szkotnia Street. A car repair shop, 16 Szkotnia Street, was built on the demolished territory of the cemetery.

General site condition
The cemetery is located in the northern outskirts of Brzostek. The northern part of the cemetery is fenced and protected, the southern part has been overbuilt with a car repair shop. It is not marked. There are 3 family memorials to victims of Holocaust.
Number of existing gravestones
In the 1990-2000s, 70 gravestones were found in different locations of Brzostek, and later returned to the cemetery and put in rows on concrete pedestrals. There is a modern matzeva dedicated to the Tiger and Goldberg families, whose relatives were buried on the site.
