The cemetery is located adjacent to 12 Stadionna Street, on the northern side of the road.

Type and height of existing fence
The cemetery is fronted by a 2 metre-tall concrete wall, with metal gates built into the wall’s southern and western faces. Its other edges are marked by steep inclines along which the halachic boundaries are unclear. The cemetery has a fence installed in October 2015 by ESJF.

General site condition
The older section of the cemetery is overgrown with dense vegetation, rendering the tombstones difficult to access. Locals use a spot on the cemetery’s grounds, by the gates, as a place to dry hay.

Date of oldest tombstone
The oldest tombstone was erected in the mid 19th century. However, the dense grove in which many of the tombstones are located will need to be cleared before they can be dated precisely.

While the exact date of the cemetery’s establishment is unknown, it is marked on old maps of the area and its oldest tombstone dates to the mid 19th century. As such, it can be assumed that was the era in which it was constructed. Its wall was installed by ESJF in October 2015.
