General site condition
The cemetery was washed over time into the river, the location of the tombstones is unknown. A local older resident confirms that there was a cemetery in the site. A road was laid through the cemetery, although the year in which that happened is unknown. According to local stories, many tombstones were washed into the river. About 20 years ago, locals remember there being the remains of the cemetery including tombstones. Now there are no tombstones, no one has demolished the cemetery, but where the tombstones disappeared to is unknown. Local residents also mention that once, on the surface of the soil, a tombstone with a woman's body was washed by the river, the locals reburied it. (They were unable to show the reburial site.)

The exact period of the cemetery’s establishment is unknown. According to locals, many tombstones were washed into the river between the 1990s-2000s.

Little information is available about Jews in Bilmanka (Ukr. Більманка, Rus. Бельманка). The community maintained a prayer house as of 1885.
