A masonry wall runs along the road on the cemetery’s front face. Its other sides are enclosed by a concrete wall, ranging in height from 1-2.5 metres.

Historical overview
The Jewish section of the municipal cemetery was founded on the site of the pre-war New Jewish cemetery, and is still in use. The oldest preserved matzevah date to the early 20th century. The cemetery was marked on a Russian map of the region from 1907.
