General site condition
This is a fenced and well-maintained Jewish cemetery. The cemetery is situated in a wooded area. Vegetation is the biggest threat for this site. According to the village head, there was a storm 15 or 20 years ago, after which many trees fell down on matzevot.

Historical overview
Given the oldest preserved tombstone is dated 1889, it can be inferred the Jewish cemetery was already in use by the late 19th century. It can be found marked on an Austro-Hungarian map of the region from the 1880s.
