The ESJF will hold a workshop on reading and interpreting Jewish epitaphs as part of the 12th edition of the Conservation and Restoration Camp in Romania.
The camp will take place from July 21 to 30, 2025, and will be centered at the Jewish cemetery in Alba Iulia.
Organized annually by “1 Decembrie 1918” University in collaboration with the National Museum of the Union, the camp focuses on the restoration and preservation of individual tombstones, general site cleaning, as well as lectures and study sessions.
