The cemetery site is a wasteland. There is an abandoned house on its south-western part. The eastern part of the site is used for household needs.

The exact period of the cemetery’s establishment is unknown. Presumably, it was established in the 19th century. The Jewish population of Zavaliv was murdered during WWII. It is unknown when the cemetery was destroyed.
