Type and height of existing fence
On the side of Pushkina Street – a masonry wall, two meters high, perfectly preserved. On the other three sides - a metal fence about two meters high, repeatedly interspersed with sections of an old masonry wall. There is a stone gate with a metal wicket fence and concrete steps. Near the gate, on one of the stones in the wall, there is a date of the reconstruction of the cemetery wall in 1921.
Number and condition of existing gravestones
There are over 1,000 tombstones at the site. Around 30% of these have fallen. The oldest are from the 18th century, but a thorough research at the site may locate even older matsevot. Several tombstones from the 17th century have allegedly been preserved at this cemetery.
The cemetery is well maintained.
