ESJF working with Council of Europe on protecting cultural heritage

An integral part of the ESJF project is the mobilisation of local communities and authorities in the preservation of their own cultural heritage, often in places where no Jewish communities remain. The ESJF is proud to work with the Council of Europe in promoting the Faro Action Plan for the protection of Europe’s cultural heritage.

Today, ESJF Chief Engineer Григорий Аршинов, also a councillor in the city of Ostroh in NW Ukraine, presents a local action plan to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
