ESJF fenced cemeteries get pre-winter clean

While clear demarcation and fencing of a cemetery’s boundaries is perhaps the most vital component in its preservation, it is also essential to ensure the site is maintained to a proper standard, to send a public message that it is not neglected or abandoned.

In advance of the winter, 53 cemeteries in Western Ukraine are undergoing cleaning and maintenance operations. All 53 were fenced by the ESJF in the last three years.
