ESJF completes first projects in Ukrainian Bukovina

With fencing recently completed at the Jewish cemeteries in Kitsman (Cotmani, Kotzman), Nepolokivtsi (Nepolokauti) and Stara Zhadova in Chernivtsi oblast, SW Ukraine, the ESJF has for the first time actively engaged in construction projects in Ukrainian Bukovina. Nevertheless, this is not our first project in this historic region, once part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Earlier this year, we completed a fencing project just over the border in Moldova at Bricheva Jewish cemetery. Three more cemeteries are due to be completed in the coming weeks in this region
