Plans move ahead towards protection of historic Dubno Jewish cemetery

Fresh from a site inspection at the large and historic Jewish cemetery in Dubno, NW Ukraine this morning, ESJF Chief.

Engineer Hryhoriy Arshynov and Halachic Inspector Rabbi Moshe Herschaft head straight to the Dubno Сity council building where they meet with Mayor Vasyl Antoniuk, who signs the official letter authorising the start of drawing up plans to fence this iconic Jewish cemetery.
